Eligibility Criteria for you Returns & Refunds
30-Day Snuggle Window
Not completely happy with your new plushie? Simply return it within 30 days for your money back.
Tag & Condition
To be eligible for a return, toys must be unhugged and in their original, brand-new condition with all tags still attached. We cannot accept returns for toys that have been played with or show signs of wear.

Send an email to our friendly team with your order number and why you need a return.

Pack With Care
Place the toy in its original packaging to keep it safe during its trip back to us.

Send It Back
Post your return to our regional NSW hub. We will take care of the rest once it arrives!
When to Expect Your Refund
- Once we receive your returns, we'll check them over within 3-5 business days.
- After approval, your refund will be processed immediately back to your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank, it usually takes 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
- We'll send you an email notification the moment your refund is on its way!
