A: We strive to ensure that the colours of our plush toys match the photos as closely as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

A: We offer a flat rate postage of $10.95 for Standard Parcel Post and $14.95 for Express Post. So wether you buy one item or multiple you’ll only pay the flat rate.

A: We offer standard Parcel Post which usually takes 3-8 business days to most capital cities and Express Post which usually takes 2-5 business days to most capital cities.Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and are sent via Australia Post. We also provide tracking information so you can follow your order’s progress.

A: Once your order has been processed and posted, you will receive a confirmation email containing an Australia Post tracking number. You can then use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your plush toy. If you experience any delays or issues with your shipment, please contact us directly through our website.

A: Yes, you can send a plush toy as a gift directly to someone else. During the checkout process, simply enter the recipient's name and address instead of yours. You can also include a gift message.

A: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the item in its original brand new condition with all tags still attached. Please contact us to initiate a return.

A: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
